Salads are always a good choice for your health. If it is green salad than it contain vitamins, iron, calcium fiber and foliate. It is also very good in weight loss procedure. Because salads have low calories and rich in fiber. So here are some cooking salad recipes for you to try it out.

1.  Chickpeas with green beans

In today's cooking recipes, we will tell you how to make some chickpeas with green beans, which is an easy and inexpensive recipe that everyone will love.

Ingredients:

  •         Green beans
  •        Tomato
  •         Half an onion
  •         Fresh sausages
  •         Olive oil
  •         Pepper
  •         Food coloring (optional)
  •         3 cloves of garlic

Preparation:

In a pan, heat a little olive oil and fry the chopped garlic cloves along with the chopped onion. When it is ready add the peppers and tomatoes, both cut into very small pieces and cook until the tomatoes are discarded. Then we add water, salt, pepper and food coloring. When it starts to boil add the toast (previously soaked), green beans and fresh sausage and keep the medium heat until the chickpeas are ready.

2. Avocado chicken salad:

This is very delicious in taste and mouthwatering in presentation. It is super easy and quick to make.

Ingredients:

  •         Chicken
  •         Avocado
  •         Cherry tomatoes
  •         Cucumber
  •         Spinach
  •         Pecans
  •         Red onions
  •         Cilantro
  •         Salt
  •         pepper

Preparation:

Season the chicken with salt and pepper. Sauté the chicken in 2 tsp of olive oil until brown from both sides. Turn the flam off and cool it for 5 minutes and slice into strips.  In a large bowl add spinach, tomatoes, cucumber, avocado, pecans, red onions and chopped cilantro. Mix all the ingredients with chicken and enjoy.

3. Garden fresh Corn salad:

Corn the basic ingredient which is rich in fiber and help in digestion too. It contain vitamin B, Zinc , copper, iron and manganese.

  •         Fresh corn
  •         Cucumber
  •         Radish
  •         Tomato
  •         Herbs
  •         Jalapeno
  •         Vinaigrette
  •         Salt
  •         pepper

Preparation:

All you have to do is just boil the corn and cut all the veggies in equal size. Take a bowl and add the ingredients in it. Add salt, pepper and vinegar for the taste. Enjoy your salad anytime.
