1. Chickpeas with green beans

beans
- Tomato

an onion

sausages

coloring (optional)

Preparation:
In a pan,
heat a little olive oil and fry the chopped garlic cloves along with the
chopped onion. When it is ready add the peppers and tomatoes, both cut into
very small pieces and cook until the tomatoes are discarded. Then we add water,
salt, pepper and food coloring. When it starts to boil add the toast
(previously soaked), green beans and fresh sausage and keep the medium heat
until the chickpeas are ready.

This is very

Season the
