exercises that you can incorporate into your routine to help keep your skin

The Forehead Smoother:
Place both hands on your forehead with
fingers spread apart.
Gently sweep your fingers outwards
across your forehead, applying light pressure.
Repeat this motion five to ten times.
The Cheek Firmer:
Take a deep breath and fill your mouth
with air.
Transfer the air from one cheek to the
other, as if you're swishing mouthwash.
Repeat this transfer five to ten times
on each side.
The Eye Lifter:
Place your index fingers under each
eyebrow and gently lift the skin upward.
While maintaining the lifted position,
squint your eyes together.
Repeat this exercise five to ten
times.
The Neck Tightener:
Tilt your head back and look at the
ceiling.
Press your tongue firmly against the
roof of your mouth.
While holding this position, lower
your chin towards your chest.
Repeat this movement five to ten
times.
The Jaw Strengthener:
Place your fists under your chin, with
your palms facing upward.
Apply resistance by pushing your fists
upward while trying to push your chin downward.
Hold this position for a few seconds,
then relax.
Repeat this exercise five to ten
times.
