4. Bridge stance
First of all, you have to lie on the ground
for this pose. Then you should bend your knees 90 degrees and press the soles
of your feet to the ground. As you do this, you should lift your hips and back.
Then your palms should be facing the floor while keeping your shoulders and
arms straight on the floor. While standing like this, you can relax your whole
body by breathing deeply.
The deep breaths you will take while
leaving yourself in the arms of yoga will help you to get rid of all your
stress and fatigue. Comfortable clothes can make it easier for you to practice
