With your back straight, your body should look like a triangle when viewed from the side.

3. In power

 Now you can continue your yoga adventure at home with warrior posture. Bend your right knee and approach the floor while spreading your legs more than shoulder-width apart on the mat. While doing this, your left leg should stay straight. Make sure your feet are in line. You should open your arms to both sides and turn your head to the left and focus on the movement by looking straight ahead. You can stay in this position for up to 30 seconds, breathing deeply. You will feel relaxed after doing the same operations by bending your right leg.

4. Bridge stance

 First of all, you have to lie on the ground for this pose. Then you should bend your knees 90 degrees and press the soles of your feet to the ground. As you do this, you should lift your hips and back. Then your palms should be facing the floor while keeping your shoulders and arms straight on the floor. While standing like this, you can relax your whole body by breathing deeply.
