1. Get A

yoga, you can first put both hands in a fist and take a position with your
hands facing inwards. You should place the joint part of your middle fingers in
the middle of your forehead and bring your hands up to the temples by applying
light pressure. Thanks to this movement you will apply on both sides of the
forehead, you will prevent the fine lines on your forehead. It is enough to
apply the movement 6 times in one go.
2. Eyes Up!
You should
turn both hands towards you, making a sign of peace. Your middle fingers should
be placed in the inner part of the eyebrows, and your index fingers should be
placed on the outer edge of your eyebrows. You should push your hands up while
applying moderate pressure. Squinting your eyes while doing this will make the
movement more effective. This exercise in face yoga, prevents the appearance of
droopy eyelids and the formation of lines around the eye. You can repeat this
movement 8 times.
3. Natural Lip
Plump!
After
tilting your head back slightly, you should push your chin forward by shrinking
your lips and wait 10 seconds in this way. With this exercise that you can
repeat 5 times, the fullness of your lips is supported and lip lines are
prevented.
4. Fresh

eyebrow. In this way, you can apply
light pressure to the side of your face with your fingers. The pressure should
be up. Thanks to this exercise, which you can apply 4 times with slow
movements, eye bags are prevented and your eyebrows take shape upwards.
5. The
Cheeks Are Tighter!
In order to
support your cheek muscles in facial yoga, you should breathe deeply while
kissing with your lips. You should push your lips as far as possible and
continue to breathe for 1 minute. Thanks to this exercise that you will do 3
times in total, your cheeks will have a firmer appearance.
6. Face
Thin!
You should
place your fingers on your cheeks as you create the "o" shape with
your mouth. In this position, you should raise your cheeks slightly with your
fingers. You can gently apply pressure and release. It will be enough to repeat
this pressure application 10 times. With this exercise, you can make your face
look slimmer.
7.
Strengthen Facial Muscles!
With your
mouth closed, you should puff up your cheeks and move the air inside between
your cheeks as if your mouth is full of water. Think of it as if you're shaking
your mouth. You can do this for two minutes and repeat 3 times is enough. With
this application, you can plump your cheeks and tighten the part under the
chin.
