   Pineapple  Lemonade

 

Ingredients

 

  •         1 cup of chopped pineapple
  •         Juice of 1 lemon
  •         1 teaspoon of honey
  •         Half a teaspoon of red pepper
  •         A pinch of salt

 

Fabrication

 

After mixing the chopped pineapple with the blender, you can pour it into a glass. Then you can add lemon juice, honey, red pepper and salt. After mixing all the ingredients, your detox drink is ready.  You can also add ice to this mixture in the summer months.  Also, thanks to the pineapple contained in it, your fat burning will accelerate and your detox will result efficient.
