Eggs are the main sources of proteins and our platter has a main part for protein. It also contains the biotin which is known as vitaminB7 or vitamin H. If u are diet freak than you can never skip to add eggs in your breakfast. But daily having egg in a different way is quite difficult and daily eating the same recipe can make you to low your interest in the eggs. So here are some more recipes for you to try.

It’s an egg baked filled with yummy herbs, veggies and some cheese. And a must give a try dish in any meal.

Ingredients:

  • Eggs
  • Milk
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Black paper

Method:

Whisk eggs with almond or any other milk. Add salt paper and garlic according to taste. Sauté all the veggies that you want to add e.g. broccoli, spinach, mushrooms with spices when veggies get tender pour the mixture of eggs and shake the pan gently to distribute it among the veggies. Sprinkle the cheese and transfer the pan into 400 degree oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Allow frittata cool before eating.

Ingredients:

  • Sliced salmon
  • Eggs
  • Heavy cream
  • Salt
  • Paper
  • Butter
  • Fresh chives finely chopped

Method:

Reserved 2 slices of salmon for garnish chop the remaining into small pieces. Whisk the eggs with cream chives, salt and paper. Preheat the pan and add butter. Add eggs and scrambled it with wooden spoon. Do not cook to dry add chives and salmon. Turn of the flame and serve with garnishing.

Ingredients:

  • Eggs
  • Mushrooms
  • Onion
  • Olive oil
  • Sour cream
  • Parsley
  • Salt
  • Paper

Method:

Hard boil the eggs and then chop. Fry mushrooms and onions in olive oil. Then mix the eggs, sour cream, salt and paper. Garnish with parsley.
