Immune system is the defense system of our body. It helps to protect our body against any infection, germs and disease. Here are some foods that boosts our immune system.
Blue berries:
Blueberries contain
flavonoid which contains anthocyanin that has anti-oxidant properties. A study in 2016 found that flavonoid plays an
important role in respiratory immune defense system. Research shows that people
with more anthocyanin consumption use to get less upper respiratory infection
and cold than with no or less consumption.
