Pasta Recipes with White Sauce 

  

Fettuccine Alfredo Recipe  

Materials: 

  

  • pack of fettuccini pasta 

  • spoonful butter 

  • tablespoons of olive oil 

  • 200 grams of mushrooms 

  • 300 grams (about 10.58 oz) of chicken breast 

  • 3 cloves of garlic 

  • 1 cup of cream 

  • 1/4 bunch basil 

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 

  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper 

  • 1 teaspoon of salt 

  

How is it Done? 

  

For the Pasta Sauce  

- Heat 2 tablespoons of butter and olive oil in a large skillet. 

- Add 200 grams (about 7.05 oz) of sliced mushrooms to the pan and sauté on high heat. 

- After the mushrooms are sautéed, add 300 grams (about 10.58 oz) of julienne chicken and continue sautéing. Season the chicken and mushrooms with 3 cloves of crushed garlic. 

- Add 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of black pepper. Then add 1 glass of cream, half a glass of grated Parmesan cheese and a handful of chopped fresh basil, mix well and let it cook on low heat. 

- Boil water in a separate pot and add a teaspoon of salt and pasta and leave to boil for 8 minutes. 

- Drain the boiled pasta and put it in the sauce pot without rinsing. Serve the pasta, which has been cooked for about 5 minutes with the sauce, with grated Parmesan cheese and basil leaves. 


Alfredo Pasta Recipe


 

Tariff Noodles  

Materials: 

  

  • 1 pack of tagliatelle pasta 

  • 3 tablespoons of butter 

  

For the Minced Meat Sauce:  

  

  • 300 g (about 10.58 oz) minced meat 

  • 1 tablespoon of butter 

  • 1 onion 

  • 1 tomato 

  • 1 green pepper 

  • 1 bell pepper 

  • Salt 

  • Black pepper 

 

How is it done?  

  

- Place the tagliatelle pasta in a pot of boiling water and boil it until it softens slightly. 

- Strain the water and mix it with butter. For the mince sauce, cut the onions, tomatoes and peppers into small cubes. 

- For the sauce with minced meat, heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a pan. Add the minced meat and fry for 5 minutes. 

- Add the vegetables and continue frying. Season with salt and pepper. 

- Divide the tagliatelle pasta on serving plates and turn it with a fork to form a bird's nest. 

- Divide the minced meat mixture you have prepared into the middle of the slots. Serve hot.

Pasta with Pesto and Fusilli  

Materials: 

  

  • 500 grams of Fusilli Pasta 

  • 90 grams of basil 

  • 2 cloves of garlic 

  • 50 grams of peanuts 

  • 80 grams of parmesan cheese 

  • 100 ml (about 3.38 oz.) of milk 

  • Salt 

  • Black pepper 

  • 3 tablespoons of cold water 

  • 80-100 ml (about 3.38 oz.) olive oil 

  • Cherry tomato 

  • Ball mozzarella 

 

How to Make it? 

  

- First, let's boil the pasta in salted water. Take care not to overcook. 

- Let's go through a rind of basil, garlic, peanuts, cheese, water, milk and olive oil. Season it with salt and pepper and put it in the fridge. 

- Let's put oil in a large pan and pour the pesto over the pasta. Let's serve the tomatoes and mozzarella when it's cooked. 


Pasta with Pesto and Fusilli


  

Linguine Pasta Recipe  

Materials: 

  

  • 1 cup of diced tomatoes 

  • 3-4 cloves of garlic 

  • 4 tablespoons of olive oil 

  • A few leaves of basil 

  • Salt, black pepper or cayenne pepper 

  • 1 pack of linguini pasta 

 

How to Make it?   

- Garlics are sorted out, tomatoes are passed through the robot as desired or crushed while cooking. 

- Put olive oil in the pot, crush the garlic and add it, cook for 1-2 minutes. Add tomatoes, cook on low heat for 10-15 minutes. 

- Add salt, pepper, basil. Pasta is cooked according to package instructions, mixed with sauce and served. Parmesan cheese is added upon request.
